How can we help?

  • EPT- Allowing an individual to face their fears in one of the most effective and proven ways to treat OCD. This is also considered to be one very safe and helpful therapy to limit the amount of effect that the said OCD has on you. Our therapists make it a point to become more desensitised to certain situations and all that triggers the same. When combined with the medication this can convert into a very effective therapy.
  • Medicine- Antidepressants are on of the things that the doctors only suggest if the condition is very adverse. There are many other alternatives to the same that have proven their worth and worked for all the patients we have treated by far. The age, symptom and health are always analysed thoroughly before prescribing any of these.
  • Behavioral Therapy- This method is highly beneficial for the people that suffer from OCD. In behavioral therapy, we work on identifying the obsessive thoughts that the client has so that they can be replaced by thinking that are more realistic. The increased feeling of anxiety, depression due to the OCD also decreases considerably.
  • Mindfulness- Mindfulness, in general means, paying attention to the current scenarios and living in the moment rather than worrying about the future. It promotes the idea that internal experiences must not be dealt with in a way that you always want to get rid of them, they must be managed. In mindfulness, you are simply asked to be accepting and aware of the thoughts whenever they trigger you, know the discomfort that it may cause and not try to react to it with compulsions. In this, you are taught the ways to train your mind to consider the triggers as mere thoughts that will pass if you do not pay too much attention to them.
  • Psychoanalysis Therapy-  In this therapy, people are exposed to their the situations that trigger them and their obsessions and trained to not respond to them with compulsions. The whole psychology of the individual is analysed by the therapist before the process begins.
    and many more…
